reconfirmed, and reordained Bro. Warr about midnight, and retired to rest 2 or 3 hours in the morning.

June 23, 1857.
Arose early and traveled to Marnhull, about 30 miles, passing through Upton Noble, Bourton, and Gillingham, and arriving at Marnhull feeling tired, but feeling well. The good spirit was with me, which enabled me to rejoice, and feel more and more the necessity of living my religion and seeking for the Holy Ghost to enable me to cope with evil successfully, and to stand firm in the trying day. Slept at Sis. Warren's.

June 24, 1857.
Traveled to Stourton Caundle. Visited Sis. Lemon. Went to Sherborne. Spent the evening in Church affairs and preparing for Conference. Had sold 174 tracts to this date. Slept at Sis. Burnett's.

June 25, 1857.
Traveled to Maperton. Visited Sis. Durnford. Thence to Evercreech, where I found a cousin I had not seen for about 15 years. Preached to cousin and others. Took supper with them. Slept at a Public House.

June 26, 1857.
Took breakfast with cousin and others, and done more preaching till 10 A.M. Traveled to Bristol, arriving about 8 P.M. Took supper at Sister Mary Ould's. Went to Park Row and assisted the auditors till midnight. Returned to Sister Ould's, and slept there, feeling quite tired, as I had walked 30 miles, besides my other labors.

June 27, 1857.
In the morning, took a bath in Baptist Mills River, in company with Bros. Berry, Loud, Nelson, and May. Thence to Park Row, and from there to the R.R. Station to meet saints from my District - Sherborne. Met Bro. Brown, and Sisters Burnett, Hibbard, and Lemon. Returned to Park Row and took some refreshment at about 4 P.M., as I had fasted till then. I and Bro. Berry went and secured lodgings for 2 of the sisters. Attended Council Meeting at 8 P.M., at Milk St. Chapel. Reports in order. I reported my labors in the 3 fields in which I had been called to labor during the half year. Received good instructions from Pastor R.F. Neslen and Prest. Sam. F. Neslen. Had a good time together. Slept at Sister Ould's.

June 28, 1857.
Attended prayer meeting in Milk St. Chapel, at 7 A.M. The spirit of the Lord was with us. Conference commenced at same place at 10.30
